WHY do we need two separate ideas?

Kyunki "kitna" aur "kitni tezi se" genuinely alag sawaal hain.

  • Ek phone charger raat bhar bahut zyada total energy deliver kar sakta hai, lekin yeh dheere karta hai (low power) → tumhara haath kabhi garam nahi hota.
