WHY does pure price action work?

WHY it works: Har indicator ek past price ka mathematical transform hai. RSI sirf closing prices se feed hone wala ek formula hai; usme koi aisi information kabhi nahi ho sakti jo price khud mein already na ho — aur yeh hamesha late aata hai (yeh history ki ek lagging function hai). Toh sabse current information price khud hi hai.

WHY imbalance matters: Market tab hi move karta hai jab ek side zyada aggressive ho.

  • Zyada aggressive buyers → price tab tak badhta hai jab tak sellers nahi aate → resistance.
  • Zyada aggressive sellers → price tab tak girta hai jab tak buyers nahi aate → support. Price action un decision zones ko dhundhne ki kala hai jahan historically ek side ne doosre ko overwhelm kiya.

WHAT you actually read

Structure decoded:

  • Uptrend = Higher Highs + Higher Lows (HH, HL).
  • Downtrend = Lower Highs + Lower Lows (LH, LL).
  • Trend change = ek break of structure (ek fresh HH fail ho jaye aur LL appear ho).

HOW to build a trade — derivation from first principles

Hum ek trade bina rules yaad kiye derive karte hain, purely supply/demand logic se.

Step 1 — Trend identify karo (context). Yeh step kyun? Ek signal tabhi edge rakhta hai jab yeh dominant force ke saath ho. Ek strong downtrend mein pin bar par buying karna crowd se ladna hai.

Step 2 — Decision zone mark karo. Yeh step kyun? Reversals wahan cluster hoti hain jahan price pehle reverse hui thi; un levels par resting orders store hote hain (stop losses, limit orders). Hum wait karte hain ki price ek fresh S/R level tak pahunche.

Step 3 — Trigger candle ka wait karo. Yeh step kyun? Zone par hume proof chahiye ki ek side jeet rahi hai. Ek bullish engulfing ya pin bar aggressive buyers ka visible fingerprint hai jo sellers ko absorb kar rahe hain.

Step 4 — Risk define karo structure se, feelings se nahi. Stop ko us level ke theek baad rakho jo prove kare ki tum galat the (pin bar low ke neeche). Yeh step kyun? Agar price woh point break kare, toh story invalidate ho jaati hai — andar rehne ki koi wajah nahi.

Step 5 — Reward size karo. Target karo agla opposing S/R. Reward-to-risk compute karo:

Recall Feynman: ek 12-saal ke bachche ko explain karo

Socho ek tug-of-war red team (sellers) aur blue team (buyers) ke beech. Rope ki position price hai. Jab blue zyada kheenchta hai, price upar jaati hai; jab red zyada kheenchta hai, price neeche jaati hai. Zameen par kuch jagahein 'sticky' hain — jab bhi rope wahan pahunchi toh ruk gayi (woh support/resistance hai). Ek candle ek minute ke dauran kaun jeet raha tha uski photo jaisi hai. Price action trading = tug-of-war ko live dekhna aur us team ki help karne ke liye jump in karna jo ek sticky spot par abhi jeetna shuru hui — aur agar tum galat ho, toh jaldi chhodna (tumhara stop) taaki tum barely hurt ho.

Active recall

"Pure" price action trading kya define karta hai?
Decisions raw price & volume se hi — S/R, structure, candles — koi lagging indicators primary signals ke roop mein nahi.
Swings mein uptrend structure?
Higher Highs aur Higher Lows (HH, HL).
Ek long ke liye reward-to-risk ka formula?
(target−entry divided by entry−stop).
RR = 2 ke liye break-even win-rate?
.
Expectancy formula per trade?
.
Indicators hamesha late kyun hote hain?
Yeh past price ke mathematical transforms hain, isliye yeh current price se construction mein lag karte hain.
Trend reversal kya confirm karta hai (guess nahi)?
Ek break of market structure — jaise uptrend mein ek lower low banna.
Price-action stop-loss kahan jaata hai, aur kyun?
Bilkul us level ke baad jo thesis ko invalidate kare (jaise pin bar low ke neeche) — hit hone par, idea galat hai.
Ek trader sirf 40% jeetkar bhi profit kyun bana sakta hai?
Agar RR zyada ho (jaise 2.75), toh har winner multiple losers ko pay karta hai → positive expectancy.
T-Z-T-R order?
Trend → Zone → Trigger → Risk.
