Hume "first law" ki zaroorat kyun hai?
2000 saalon tak logon ne Aristotle ko maana: kisi cheez ko chalate rehne ke liye, tujhe use dhakelte rehna padega. Yeh lagta sahi hai kyunki Earth par har woh cheez jo tum dhakelte ho, aakhirkar ruk jaati hai.

Law asal mein kya kehta hai
"Straight line" kyun? Ek circle mein constant speed zero force nahi hai — direction badal raha hai, isliye velocity badal rahi hai. Law maangta hai ki poora velocity vector constant ho.
First law force ko kaise define karta hai (operational definition)
Yeh subtle aur gehri baat hai. Newton's first law sirf ka ek special case nahi hai. Yeh do kaam karta hai:
- Define karta hai ki force kya hoti hai, qualitatively: force koi bhi woh cheez hai jo ek body ki velocity change kare (acceleration cause kare).
- Define karta hai ki second law kahan valid hai: ek inertial frame.
Ek non-inertial frame mein (accelerating bus, spinning carousel) ek free body koi real force ke bina accelerate hoti dikhti hai — tumhe "pseudo-forces" invent karni padengi. First law woh litmus test hai jo batata hai ki tumhara frame honest hai ya nahi.
