Peristalsis HAI kya?

Kaun si muscles involved hain? Gut wall mein do layers hoti hain:

  • Circular muscles — tube ke around chalti hain; jab contract karti hain, tube narrow ho jaati hai (squeeze).
  • Longitudinal muscles — tube ke along chalti hain; jab contract karti hain, tube short ho jaati hai.

Chabe hue, geele food ke lump ko jo push hota hai, bolus kehte hain.

Hum koi formula yaad nahi kar rahe — hum sequence ko logically build kar rahe hain.

Step 1 — Bolus kahan hai? Ek bolus tube ke kisi ek point par baitha hai. Ise aage move karne ke liye, humein peeche se push aur aage khuli jagah chahiye.

Yeh step kyun? Tube sirf narrowing se push kar sakti hai. Agar sab jagah ek saath narrow ho jaaye, kuch nahi hilega. Movement ke liye "peeche" aur "aage" mein difference zaroori hai.
