1. KYUN HCl (hydrochloric acid)?
Zyaadatar swallowed bacteria/pathogens ko maarta hai (khaane ko sterilise karta hai).
Acidic pH provide karta hai jo pepsin ko kaam karne ke liye chahiye .
Proteins ko denature karta hai (unhe uncoil karta hai) taaki enzyme peptide bonds tak pahunch sake.
Inactive pepsinogen → active pepsin mein convert karta hai.
